Integration dashboard
Connect and manage your bridge apps from one workspace — same account; switch products below when more connectors go live.
Use the email and password for your bridge account. This is separate from your Wix or Xero login — connect those from the dashboard after you sign in. Need an account? Create account uses the same email and password fields below.
After you unlock, you will manage everything on this same host. Setup URL (bookmark it):

Store sync overview
Checking your setup...
We are loading your Wix, Xero, billing, and sync status.
Setup wizard
Connect both accounts. We will use sensible invoice defaults, and you can customise later.
Connect Wix store
Xero is connected. Log in to Wix, choose your store, and approve the connection.
Log in to WixWix connection needs the server app credentials configured before customers can complete this step.
Trouble connecting?
Support can use this fallback if Wix does not redirect back after login.
You are ready to sync
Xero and Wix are connected. New paid orders can use the default invoice settings automatically.

Recent syncs
See the latest Wix orders waiting, retrying, skipped, failed, or posted to Xero.
Order Sync Review
Check Wix for paid orders that still need a new Xero invoice. Existing Xero matches are linked quietly in the background so customers only review invoices that need creating.
By default this scans the last 90 days and only shows orders ready to create in Xero.
Advanced filters
Date range
Use this only when you need a smaller or older scan window.
Specific orders and display
Paste Wix order IDs when support asks you to check or push exact orders.
Advanced tools and settings Invoice mapping and diagnostics — also Account security (password, MFA, link Google).
Account security
Add an authenticator app as a second step after your password or Google sign-in. Backup codes let you in if you lose your phone.
Scan the QR code in your app, or enter the secret manually. Then enter a 6-digit code to confirm.
Save these backup codes now (shown once):
Password
Link Google (optional)
This opens Google’s own sign-in page in your browser. This app does not store your Gmail address’s password—Google checks that. After a successful link, you can sign in with Continue with Google or keep using your bridge email + password above; both go to this same account when the verified Google email matches.

Invoice mapping
Connect Xero first. Choose a sales tax mode and your main accounts — that is enough for most stores.
Quick start: you’re still on the server’s default invoice mapping. With one click we can save a workspace copy and set the main sales tax from your Xero organisation (any country). You can change it anytime under Sales tax.
Sales tax
We apply the same Xero tax to products, shipping, and discounts unless you use detailed mapping below.
Invoice presentation
Optional branding and numbering.
Main Xero accounts
Revenue, shipping, discounts, rounding, and default GL codes for generic Wix extra and platform fee lines (not named fee mappings — those stay under More options).
Additional Wix fees & platform fees
Fallback accounts when an order includes these fee types but no per‑name row matches.
Payment fee handling
Optional extra invoice line for card / gateway transaction fees from Wix.
More options — named fee lines, product rules, detailed tax
Separate Xero accounts for specific fee lines
For order fees Wix lists separately from products — extra charges and platform rows identified by a name/label on the order (e.g. “Gift wrap”, “Insurance”). Use this when that label should post to a different GL account than your defaults above. This does not apply to normal product SKUs or catalog lines.
Named extra fees
| Name on the fee line | Tax role | Xero account |
|---|
Named platform charges
| Name on the fee line | Tax role | Xero account |
|---|
Detailed tax mapping
Only when you use advanced sales tax mode above.
One Xero tax type per role.
Product and line rules
For product and custom cart lines — match by SKU prefix, product type (physical / digital / etc.), or a catch‑all. Each matching line item gets the revenue account and tax role you set. Use Named fee lines under More options for extra/platform fee labels, not for catalog items.
| Rule name | Match | Value | Account role | Tax role |
|---|
Xero Not connected
Connect the Xero organisation where new Wix invoices should be created.
Wix store No site
WIX_APP_ID equals your
saved site instance ID. Use the OAuth App ID from
Wix Dev Center for WIX_APP_ID; treat the saved site
identifier as distinct from your app settings.
Connect the Wix store that should send paid orders into Xero.
